CHIP FREE DADOES IN VENEERED PLYWOODS AND LAMINATES!
The Super Dado Set series cuts everything from veneered plywoods and laminates to solid wood, chip and splinter-free with a super smooth dado bottom. They have the flexibility of an adjustable dado to handle today's undersized plywood.
These were the first dado sets to include a 3/32" thich chipper. This allows the cut width to be adjusted in 1/32" increments and doubles the number of slot widths available - especially to cut dadoes that fit the many plywoods that are being manufactured 1/32" undersized.
The square tooth design utilizes a shorter and thicker tooth which reduces drag and the extra thick and stiff outside plates eliminates the need for a hub which also prevents chip buildup within the stack.

Application:
• Use on all table saws and radial arm saws for cutting slots, grooves, dadoes and rabbets in softwood and hardwood

CAUTION: Carbide tips should never come into contact with each other. Always use both outside blades and never use chippers alone or with just one outside blade.
HOOK - Hook Angle: The angle that the face of the tooth makes with a line projecting radially from the center of the bore (arbor) coming into contact with the tooth. Hook angles range from 25 degrees to -7 degrees.
BEVEL - Top Bevel Angle: The angle that the top of the tooth's cutting edge makes from one point of the tip to the other.
