The Pro Dado Sets incorporate quality and craftsmanship in a stacked dao set, but at a wobble price! The negative hook angle makes flat-bottomed grooves and virtually splinter-free cuts. These sets includes 2 outside blades with 3, 2-wing chippers. Every blade and chipper comes with Freud's kickback reducing design.
These sets are perfect for the weekend woodworker who wants an economically priced dado set without sacrificing quality. These resharpenable sets will produce grooves from 1/4" to 13/16" in 1/16" increments and includes shims for fine adjustments.
Application:
• Use on all table saws and radial arm saws for cutting slots, grooves, dadoes and rabbets in softwood and hardwood

CAUTION: Carbide tips should never come into contact with each other. Always use both outside blades and never use chippers alone or with just one outside blade.

HOOK - Hook Angle: The angle that the face of the tooth makes with a line projecting radially from the center of the bore (arbor) coming into contact with the tooth. Hook angles range from 25 degrees to -7 degrees.

|
BEVEL - Top Bevel Angle: The angle that the top of the tooth's cutting edge makes from one point of the tip to the other.
